OptiTier

Before You Hire for Help, See What Can Run on Its Own

Missed calls, quotes nobody chased, the same details typed into three apps. OptiTier sets up AI that answers your phone, texts customers back, sends your outreach and moves the paperwork, inside the tools you already pay for. Running Microsoft 365? Our license review shows who is on which plan, and which plan each person needs.

How It Works

  1. Show Us Where the Hours Go

On a 30-minute call you walk us through the jobs that eat your week: the phone, the inbox, the follow-ups, the copy-paste.

  2. Get a Plan and a Fixed Quote

We pick the two or three jobs worth handing off first and write down what each one does, what it connects to and what it costs. You decide before any work starts.

  3. We Build It, You Check It

We set it up in your accounts, you see every call answered and every text sent, and we tune the wording until it sounds like your business.

Two Ways We Help

Offer 1

AI Automation for Local Businesses

The jobs that pull you off real work, handed to software that does them the same way every time.

  • Phone answering: an AI receptionist answers, takes the message, books the slot and texts you a summary
  • Text follow-up: missed-call text-back, quote reminders and review requests, sent on time
  • Cold outreach: a clean list, a short email sequence and replies routed to the right person
  • Process automation: web forms, email, CRM and invoices joined up, so nobody retypes a thing

Offer 2

Microsoft 365 License Review

Software that reads your license and sign-in reports, then a consultant who walks you through what it found.

  • Seats assigned to people who left or who haven't signed in for months
  • People holding two licenses that overlap, like a business plan plus an add-on it already includes
  • Plan fit per person: Business Basic vs Standard vs Premium, E3 vs E5, Exchange Online Plan 1 vs Plan 2
  • When your commitment renews, so changes land at the right time

Who This Is For

  • Local service businesses with 2 to 50 people: trades, clinics' front desks, law and accounting offices, agencies, property managers
  • Owners who answer the phone themselves and lose jobs when they can't
  • Office managers who run IT on the side and pay a Microsoft 365 bill they've never broken down
  • Teams that already use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks or a CRM and want those tools to do more

One catch: if your phone rings a few times a week and the inbox is quiet, you probably don't need this yet. Tell us anyway and we'll say so.

Questions Owners Ask

Do I have to switch software?

No. We build on the phone line, email, calendar and apps you already use. If a new tool is needed, the plan names it and its price before you agree to anything.

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. We set the receptionist to say so at the start of the call, and any caller can ask for a person and get a message to you.

What does it cost?

After the call you get a fixed quote for the setup and, where a tool charges monthly, that tool's price from its own pricing page. Nothing is billed until you approve the plan.

What access does the license review need?

Read-only reports from your Microsoft 365 admin center. The review changes nothing in your tenant; you or your IT provider make any change you choose.

Can you work with my IT provider?

Yes. We share the plan and the license findings with them, and they can make the changes if you prefer.
